基于投入—产出分析西北地区产业结构特征

Analysis of Industrial Structure Characteristics in Northwest China Based on Input-output Model

利用2007年全国及地区42部门投入产出表,将西北5省(区)42个部门合并成各地区8个部门投入产出表,从量化角度分析西北5省(区)产业结构,通过产业的感应度系数、影响力系数分析5省经济结构的不同之处与各省各产业间相互依存的程度和产业的波及效果,并用交叉关联分析确定不同区域的主导产业。研究结果对目前西北各地区合理确定产业结构调整的方向和策略,以及在国家层面如何更有效协调区域发展具有一定借鉴意义,对今后主导产业选择提供科学依据。

Using input- output tables of the 42 national and regional sectors in 2007,42 departments in the five northwest provinces were com- bined into input - output tables of 8 sectors in every region, this paper analyzed the industrial structure in five provinces in the quantitative point of view, and analyzed the differences of economic structure, the interdependence degree of the provinces and the industrial spreading effect problems in five northwestern provinces based on industrial response - coefficient and influence coefficient, determined the leading industries of the different re- gions through cross- correlation＇s analysis. The result showed a significance for the currently reasonably determining the direction and strategy of in- dustrial structure adjustment, as well as how to coordinate the regional development at the national level, providing a scientific basis on choosing lead- ing industry in the future.
