哈密大枣与敦煌大枣花粉形态的研究

Study on the Pollen Morphology of Different Cultivars (Hamidazao and Dunhuangdazao)of Zizyphus jujuba

用光学显微镜和扫描电镜对哈密大枣、敦煌大枣以及敦煌鸣山大枣等３个品种的花粉形态进行了观察，并探讨了它们之间的亲缘关系。结果表明哈密大枣与敦煌大枣、敦煌鸣山大枣在花粉大小、形状、外壁纹饰等方面存有差异，可作为区分品种的参考依据。

This paper reported the pollen morphology of three cultivars of Zizyphus jujuba (Hamidazao, Dunhuangdazao and Dunhuangmingshandazao ) by light microscope (LM ) and scanning electron microscope (SEM).Their shapes,sizes and external were compared.The results showed that the pollen shapes,sizes and external sculptures among three cultivars of Zizyphus jujuba are different in varyig degrees,which can be used to differentiate various cultivars.
