西部典型地区矿业资源可持续发展能力评价及途径选择——以“镍都”金昌市为例 被引量:1

Evaluation and Approaches-choice of Sustainable Development of Mining Resources in Western Typical Areas—— Taking“Nickel” Jinchang City as an Example

摘要 矿产资源作为煤炭建设项目评价中的子系统之一,越来越受到学术界的关注。从实现矿产资源可持续发展的角度出发,以金昌市为研究样本,从经济、资源、环境和智力四个维度,选取17个相关指标,运用主成分分析法对金昌市矿业可持续发展能力进行综合评价,并提出了相应的对策建议。研究表明,金昌市矿业环境治理效果较好,矿业科技投入有待进一步加强,矿业环境治理与经济发展实现了统筹发展。 Mineral resources as one of the subsystems in the coal construction project evaluation, was more and more attention by the academic community. This paper from the perspective of mineral resources sustainable development, took Jinchang as the example, and from the four dimensions of the economy, resources, environment and intellectual selected 17 indictors, applied the principal component analysis method to comprehensive eval- uation of the sustainable development of mining capacity of Jinchang City, and proposed some countermeasures. The study showed that the Jinchang mining industry environmental improvement effect was good, mining investment in science and technology needed to be further strengthened, the min- eral- environmental governance and economic development achieved overall development.
