产业发展动力机制下石墨产业发展对策研究

Graphite Industry Development Strategies under the Dynamic Mechanism of Industrial Development

随着石墨新材料的广泛应用,石墨产业已发展成为战略性新兴产业。当前石墨产业虽然具有一定的产业规模,但仍处于低端化开发阶段。因此,石墨资源的有效保护与合理开发利用受到越来越多的关注。从系统动力学的角度对石墨产业发展动力系统的结构、动力机制进行研究,在探讨石墨产业发展主体要素的收益驱动、政策推动、需求拉动等主动力以及支撑要素助动力和环境要素约束力等动力的基础上,提出促进石墨产业发展的相关对策。

With the wide application of graphite materials, graphite industry became a strategic emerging industry, currently though with a certain scale of the industry,but it was still at the low end of the development phase. Thus, the effective protection, rational development and utilization of graphite resources attracted more and more attention. From the perspective of system dynamics, systems structure of graphite industry development power and dynamic mechanism were studied in this paper, the related strategies to promote the graphite industry development were put forward based on the investigation of the graphite industry development power including main elements＇ revenue- driven, policy- driven, demand- pull as main power, auxiliary power of support elements and binding of environmental elements.
