摘要
HDI经过二十几年的发展,无论是技术还是客户都发生了巨大的变化,本文回顾了HDI的发展历程,阐述这些发展变化对企业的影响,并分析了中国4G带来的商机,认为HDI未来仍会继续保持增长势头,应用领域仍在扩展中。
HDI technology had been developed for more than twenty years. Both the technology and the customers of PCB companies are changed greatly in these years. The article reviewed the HDI history, and described how the technology impact on the companies. And the author also analyzed the 4G chance in China. The HDI technology will keep growth and expand its application tield.
