Recently, China has been changing from a huge country of PCB fabrication to strong PCB technology country. During this long term, the first question which must be resolved is the innovation of chemical solution, manufhcture equipment and technique of PCB. Based on the experience of the research and utilization of PCB chemical solution, the developing trend of the chemical solution and fabrication technology of PCB were forecasted.
