根据外包实际情况,分析音像采编业务的工作特点和图书馆业务外包的两种不同模式,得出适合图书馆音像采编业务的外包模式。总结音像采编业务工作中存在的问题并分析其产生根源,提出适合音像采编外包业务的监督管理措施。

Based on actual situation of the outsourcing, we analyse the working characteristics of audio-video collecting and editing and the two different content of the outsourcmg of library work, the suitable outsourcing model for the sound-video management of library is obtained. Then by summanzing the existing problem of outsourcing of library work and analyzing the source, the supervisory measure fitting for the sound-video outsourcing management of library is concluded.
