摘要
在植物油中外源添加多环芳烃蒽,并逐级稀释,然后用400M液体核磁共振仪配合反式ATB探头检测不同蒽含量植物油的1H NMR,结果表明:核磁共振1H NMR法能够清晰检出植物油中的蒽,其限度为10μg/kg,达到国家标准GB 2716—2005的要求.
The harms of the polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in vegetable oils attracts more and more at- tention. In this paper, a PAH-anthracene was added into the pure vegetable oil, and then the vegetable oil contai- ning anthracene was diluted using the same vegetable oil. The 400 M Liquid NMR spectrometer and trans-ATB probes were used to detect the 1H NMR of the vegetable oil containing anthracene. The results show that the anthra- cene could be detected clearly and the detection limit reached 10 μg/kg which meets the national standard of GB 2716--2005
