摘要 目前科技进步贡献率研究仍为社会科学界关注,柯布一道格拉斯生产函数在实际中仍在广泛应用。陕西杨凌区是中国的“农科城”,拥有雄厚的科技实力,选取1997~2008年杨凌区12年经济发展数据,运用改进的柯布一道格拉斯生产函数建立模型分析杨凌示范区科技进步贡献率。测算得出,杨凌区经济增长中科技进步贡献率偏低并存在结构失衡、劳动力规模小等问题,对此本文提出相应的建议。 At present, research on the contribution rate of technological progress is still a concern in social science research and the Cobb Douglas production function is still widely used in practice. Shaanxi Yangling zone is Chinese "Science City", with the abundant technical strength. We selected 12 years data of Yangling zone economic development from 1997 to 2008, and used the improvement production function of Cobb Douglas model to analyze the contribution rate of scientific and technological progress in Yangling demonstration zone. The result showed the contribution of scientific and technological progress was low during the economic growth in Yangling, capital investment was the main driving force. At last, the paper put forward the corresponding suggestion to solve the problems of imbalanced structure, and small size of labor force.
