我国文化软实力建设中存在的问题及对策探析

Analysis of the Problems Existing in the Construction of Cultural Soft Power

改革开放以来,我国的软实力有所提高,但相较于西方发达国家还存在很大的不足,提高我国文化软实力已成为我们亟待解决的迫切问题。文章从文化产业滞后,文化贸易逆差严重;文化传播能力弱,世界影响力不足;传统文化被淡漠,文化根基不稳;教育发展滞后,文化基础薄弱等方面阐述了我国文化软实力建设中存在的问题。并在此基础上提出了解决我国文化软实力的办法有:做强做大文化产业;提升我国文化的传播能力;弘扬优秀的中国传统文化;加快教育事业的发展步伐。

Since China implemented reform and opening - up policy, our soft power has been increasing gradually. However, compared with that of western developed countries, there are still disadvantages in China. Therefore, to improve China＇ s cultural soft power has become a problem to be solved urgently. This article analyzes the problems existing in the construction of cultural soft power from these perspectives, including its slow development of cultural industry and severe trade deficit of culture, its weak capability of cultural transmission and insufficient influential power worldwide, neglected Chinese traditional culture and unsteady cultural basement, lagged behind educational development and its vulnerable cultural foundation. In addition, this article also puts forward several ways to promote cultural soft power, such as enforcing the development of cultural industries, promoting the capability of cultural transmission, carrying forward excellent Chinese traditional culture and accelerating the pace of development in educational cause.
