大学生的就业指导是目前高校辅导员思想政治教育中的重要任务,也是高校辅导员精细化工作的必然要求。辅导员要实现专业化的就业指导,必须要与高校就业指导队伍相协调,更要不断提升个人的专业水平,还要围绕自己所带学生的专业特点、就业需求开展全程化、专业化的指导,才能为精细化的实施提供保障,全面促进学生的成长成才。

The employment guidance for college students is not only an important task in the current ideological and political education by college tutors, but also the inevitable requirement for refined work by college counselors. To achieve specialized employment guidance for college students, tutors must be coordinated with the college employment guidance team, what is more, tutors should continuously improve their professional levels. According to professional characteristics and employment demand of students, they should also carry out thorough and specialized guidance, in order to provide guarantees for the refined implementation and comprehensively promote students ＇ growth.
