新时期党对高校的社会责任和政治使命提出了新要求,实现这些使命必须有党的领导作保障,推进服务型党组织建设就是高校加强党的领导的重要着力点。高校服务型党组织建设要做到政治方向上保障高校的发展;综合管理上保障高校的和谐;意识形态上保障高校的稳定。推进高校服务型党组织建设必须处理好高校党政关系,并在工作机制上有所创新。

The CPC has been credited to brand-new social realized under the leadership of the Communist Party responsibility and political task in the new century that can only be of China. This study focuses on the discussion of constructing service-oriented CPC organizations in colleges and universities to streamline the work of the party-related and executive departments with an innovative mechanism. The CPC organizational construction will politically direct the progress of higher learning institutions, managerially maintain campus harmony, and ideologically sustain the college stability.
