高职“专业—产业链”人才培养模式研究——以宁波市为例

A Case Study of Higher Vocational Talent Cultivation Mode in the “Specialty-industry Chain”

目前,高职人才培养模式仍存在着专业结构与产业结构不适应、高职专业设置同质化、专业特色地方产业化不明显等问题。要解决这一问题,高职院校应以培养实用型、技能型专门人才为目标,依托并服务于相关产业链,形成专业链与产业链协同创新的人才培养模式。

At present, such issues stands out in the higher vocational talent cultivation mode as the professional constructs out of line with industrial structures, specialty homogeneity, and insufficient localization. To solve these problems, vocational colleges should target training practical and skilled expertise by establishing a talent cultivating mode of strong specialty-industry links to serve industries concerned.
