苦碟子对脂多糖所致急性肺损伤大鼠肿瘤坏死因子-α的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨苦碟子对脂多糖所致急性肺损伤(ALI)大鼠肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的影响。方法选取健康Wistar大鼠40只,随机将大鼠分为脂多糖损伤组(A组)和苦碟子治疗组(B组),各20只。A组尾静脉注射脂多糖;B组尾静脉注射脂多糖,并于实验前5 d,尾静脉注射苦碟子注射液。观察两组大鼠于脂多糖注入4、8、12 h后血浆TNF-α水平,并进行肺组织病理学检查。结果脂多糖注入4、8、12 h后,B组血浆TNF-α水平均低于A组(P<0.05)。B组病理学检查炎性症状轻于A组。结论苦碟子可以抑制脂多糖所致ALI大鼠TNF-α的生成。 Objective To explore the influence of Ixeris sonchifolia hance on tumor necrosis factor - ct ( TNF - ct) in rats of acute lung injury (ALl) induced by lipopolysaccharide (LPS). Methods 40 healthy Wistar rats were chosen, and were randomly divided into LPS injury group (group A) and Ixeris sonchifolia hanee treatment group ( group B) , 20 in each. group A was given tail intravenous injection of LPS; group B was given tail intravenous injection of lipopolysaccharide, and be- fore the experiment 5 d, was given tail vein injection of Ixeris sonchifolia hance. After lipopolysaccharide injected 4, 8, 12 h, the plasma TNF - a levels and lung histopathology were observed. Results 4, 8, 12 h after ~ injection, the plasma TNF - ct levels of group B was lower than that of group A ( P 〈 0.05 ). The symptoms of inflammatory pathology in group B milder than that of group A. Conclusion Ixeris sonchifolia hance can inhibit TNF - or'generation in rats of ALI induced by LPS.
