环太湖地区生态循环农业发展研究——以浙江省嘉兴市为例

On the Development of Ecological Circular Agriculture in Taihu Lake Area——A Case Study of Jiaxing City,Zhejiang Province

生态循环农业倡导的是一种与环境和谐的产业发展模式,按照"减量化、再利用、资源化"的原则,实现"最佳生产,最适消费,最少废弃",是落实科学发展观,实现农业可持续发展的重要途径。针对推进工业化、城镇化和农业现代化过程中面临的资源环境瓶颈约束,许多县市大力发展生态循环农业,并取得了一定的成效。然而,农业发展仍没有从根本上改变粗放型增长方式,发展生态循环农业面临着诸多制约因素。必须借鉴国内外成功经验,通过加强宣传教育、制定发展规划、突破技术瓶颈、完善激励机制等途径,进一步推进生态循环农业发展。

Ecological circular agriculture advocates a model of industrial development in harmony with the environment,according to the principle of'reduce,reuse and recycle'.It can realize'best production,optimal consumption and minimum waste'and is also an important way to implement Scientific Development Outlook and achieve sustainable development of agriculture.In recent years,facing the resource and environmental constraints in the process of promoting industrialization,urbanization and agricultural modernization,many cities and counties are promoting ecological circular of agriculture and have achieved some excellent results.However,the extensive growth mode in agricultural development has not changed fundamentally and the development of ecological circular agriculture faces many obstacles.It's necessary to learn from the successful experience both at home and abroad and further promote the development of ecological circular agriculture by strengthening publicity and education,making developing plans,breaking through technology bottlenecks and improving incentives and other ways.
