协商民主理论视角下的维稳之路探析

Research on the Road of Maintaining Political Stability in the Theoretical Perspectiue of Deliberative Democracy

协商民主作为20世纪后期兴起的理论,对我国这样一个处于社会转型时期的发展中国家来说具有重要的借鉴意义,特别是对当今我国如何走出"维稳"的困局有重要影响。应用协商民主理论来解决现实中的维稳困境,树立正确的维稳观,构建有效的对话机制,不仅符合我国宪法的根本要求,利于增强政府决策的合法性,更有利于提高公民对政府的信任程度。

Deliberative democracy is raised in the late 20th century.It is important for a social transition of developing country like our country,and also have an important on how to get out the dilemma of‘maintenance of stability’in China today. This paper attempts to analyze the theory of deliberative democracy realistic path out of trouble holding stability,set up the correct view of stability,to build effective dialogue mechanism,not only conforms to the basic requirement of the constitution in our country,to enhance the legitimacy of the government decision-making,more conducive to improve the citizen’s trust in the government.
