得气是医者在守神的基础上,以针具为媒介,作用于患者经络腧穴上,使得经络腧穴产生了反应,医者根据这些反映的性质与状态,施行一定的针刺手法,有效地调整失衡紊乱的经气,继而调节气血的运行和脏腑的功能,使之达到阴平阳秘的状态。它应是动态的调治过程而不是静止的不变状态。患者感觉、医者手下感觉及临床疗效是判断得气的综合标准。
