摘要
目的:探讨食物中蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物对药物的影响。方法:查阅国内外相关书籍、文献,分析食物中蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物对药物的影响。结果:食物中蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物对药物的影响主要体现在对药物的代谢动力学方面,从而引起药物效应增加或降低。结论:食物中蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物对药物的代谢动力学和疗效存在影响,发现其作用规律,将对药物的临床应用和患者生活水平的改善有很大帮助。
Objective：Discuss the effects of protein, fat and carbohydrate in food on drugs. Methods：Found out the impact of protein, fat and carbohydraie on drugs by referring to the domestic and foreign books and literature. Results：The impact of protein, fat and carbohy- drate on drugs are mainly reflected in the metabolism and pharmacokinetics to increase or decrease the drug effect. Conclusion：Protein, fat and carbohydrate in food have an impact on the pharmacokinetics and efficacy. The discovery of function characteristics is a great help for the clinical application and the improvement of living standard of patients.
