何首乌止痛功效的古代文献研究

Ancient Literature Research of Analgesic Efficacy of Polygonum Multiflorum

笔者通过对百部古代本草文献中有关何首乌止痛功效的梳理挖掘,探究出古代医家分别从药性、附方、配伍等多角度对何首乌止痛的功效进行阐释,最终总结何首乌可温中止痛、祛风止痛、补虚止痛、化瘀止痛,治疗"心"(胃)痛、风湿痹痛、中风头痛、五痔疼痛、腰膝酸痛、产后瘀血疼痛、跌打损伤疼痛等。值得关注的是,何首乌止痛的功效与"酒调"密不可分。

To explore the analgesic efficacy of Polygonum Multiflorum from drug-nature,prescription and compatibility through many Medical literatures. Polygonum Multiflorum can warm middle energizer to relieve pain, dispel wind-evil to relieve pain, reinforce asthenia to relieve pain, remove blood stasis to relieve pain in treating precordial pain, rheumatic arthralgia pain,apoplexy headache, five kinds of hemorrhoids pain,waist and knee soreness,postpartum blood stasis pain, wound pain,etc. Notable is the analgesic efficacy of Polygonum Multiflorum and ” drink＂ are inseparable.
