摘要
目的:采用系统预试法对家蚕幼虫可能的化学成分进行预试验,初步探索家蚕幼虫的化学成分。方法:采用圆形滤纸层析预试法和试管预试法对家蚕幼虫的水提取液、95%乙醇提取液、乙醚提取液进行研究,通过多种指示剂和显色剂的显色反应或沉淀反应,对家蚕幼虫可能含有的化学成分进行初步研究。结果:家蚕幼虫含有生物碱类、黄酮类、酚类、内酯及香豆素类、鞣质、氨基酸、蛋白质、有机酸、糖及苷类、挥发油及油脂类成分。结论:初步确定家蚕幼虫含有多种有效成分,为进一步研究家蚕幼虫的生物活性成分及开发利用提供了实验基础。
Objective : To identify the chemical components of silkworm larvae. Methods : The mixture was extracted from silkworm larvae with purified water, 95% ethanol and petrol. The chemical components of silkworm larvae were preliminarily demonstrated using precipitation reaction and color reaction. Results : Silkworm larvae might contain alkaloid, flavonoid, phenolic constituents, lactone and coumarin, tannin, amino acids and protein, organic acid, sugar, polysaccharides or glycosides, volatile oil and grease. Conclusion : The research provides foundation for further study and application of silkworm larvae.
