心肌纤维化(MF)在多种心系疾病中普遍存在,也是导致各种心血管事件发生的重要病理基础。虽然心系疾病的病因病机不尽相同,但心肌纤维化的发生却有着类似的机理,长期的压力超负荷、炎症反应、氧化应激等是其主要原因。辨证论治是中医学的精髓,证候是其灵魂所在。以心肌纤维化为病理基础的心系疾病证候以气虚、血瘀为主,但是不同原因引起的心肌纤维化,其证候也存在一定的差异。
