论“头风”病源流

Original Theory of Toufeng Syndrome

现代临床将"头风"定义为慢性、阵发性、易反复发作的一种头痛,相当于西医学的偏头痛和部分肌紧张性头痛等。故"头风"被作为具有某种头痛特征的疾病的名称。而在不同时期的中医古代文献中,各个医家对于"头风"一词有着不同的理解,并且常与"头痛"一症混杂,不便于区分。该论文将古代文献中有关"头风"的内容按照不同时代、不同医家进行整理,依据其理论发展梳理出"头风"病的源流,使"头风"一病更加清晰有条理的呈现出来。

In modern clinical experience, Toufeng is defined as chronic, paroxysmal and easy to repeated headache, which is equivalent to migraine and the muscle tension headaches, etc. Therefore, Toufeng was used as a headache name. While in the ancient literature of TCM in different periods, each healer had different understanding of Toufeng, and often mixed with the disease headache, which made it not easy to distinguish. This paper is clearly organized according to the contents about Toufeng of different periods and different healers. The origin of Toufeng is based on these theories to make Toufeng syndrome clearly present and much more organized.
