Clinical Experiences of Professor MA Jian in Treating Hashimoto's Thyroiditis

针对西医对桥本甲状腺炎发病机制及治疗方法的局限,祖国医学在现有的病因病机理论体系上的不完善,以及现有理论在临床治疗中的不足,笔者初步总结桥本甲状腺炎的病因病机为气滞、痰凝、血瘀,结于颈前而成瘿致病,认为其病位主要在肝、脾、肾,在此基础上提出桥本甲状腺炎主要治则:疏肝理气、软坚散结、补脾益肾。希望能丰富中医瘿病理论,进行辨证施治,提高临床疗效。

According to the deficiency on the theoretical system of Hashimoto＇s thyroiditis causes and mechanism, and the limitation of clinical application on theories, the author summarized the causes and mechanism of Hashimoto＇s lhyroiditis. The causes and mechanism of ~he disease is stagnation of qi,blood stasis, coagulated phlegm stasis in the neck, which holds that the location of the disease lies in the liver, spleen and kidney. On this basis, the author put forward the important principle of treatment for Hashimoto＇s thyroiditis, which is soothing the liver and regulating Qi, softening and resolving hard mass, invigorating spleen and kidney. The purpose is for enriching the theories of diabetes, and improving the clinical efficacy with goiter disease.
