通过近30年相关文献的整理分析,对耳穴在肿瘤诊治中的临床应用概要进行了总结论述。分析认为,临床能运用多种耳穴探查法获得特异性信息,这对于肿瘤的定位及定性诊断,具有重要的临床参考价值,有助于本病的早期发现和治疗。采用耳穴按压或针刺等刺激方法能有效防治肿瘤相关病症,改善临床症状,尤其对化疗后引起的毒副反应如恶心呕吐、呃逆等胃肠道症状,以及癌性疼痛具有良好作用。

Based on the arrangement and analysis of literature in nearly 30 years, we have made a summary of auricular points＇ clinical application in tumor. In brief, we can get specific information through a variety of auricular point detections. It has an important clinical reference value in the location and diagnosis of tumor, contributing to the early detection and treatment. By adopting the stimulation such as pressure and acupuncture, it can effectively prevent some associated disorders and improve the clinical symptoms, especially some gastrointestinal symptoms, like nausea, vomiting, hiccup, and cancerous pain which are caused by chemotherapy.
