水解胶原蛋白粉在生长肥育猪日粮中的应用研究 被引量:9

摘要 选用 40头平均体重 42 75kg的长×荣杂交阉猪 ,采用单因子完全随机设计研究了水解胶原蛋白粉对生长肥育猪生产性能、日粮消化率及背膘厚度等的影响。试验共设 5个处理 ,在相同营养水平条件下用水解胶原蛋白粉替代鱼粉或豆粕 ,其用量分别为 0 % (1组 )、2 % (2组 )、4% (3组 )、6 % (4组 )及 8% (5组 ) ,每个处理 4个重复。结果表明 ,水解胶原蛋白粉可部分或全部替代生长肥育猪日粮中的鱼粉或豆粕 ,但添加比例不能超过 6 % ,当含量达 8%时则降低生产性能 (P <0 0 5 ,P <0 0 1 )及日粮消化率 (P <0 0 5 ) ,增加饲养成本。 1、2、3、4组间前期、后期及全期日增重及饲料转化率差异不显著 (P >0 0 5 ) ,但都显著或极显著地高于 5组 (P <0 0 5 ,P <0 0 1 ) ;1组日粮干物质及蛋白质的消化率高于 5组(P <0 0 5 )。水解胶原蛋白粉对猪的内脏器官及背膘厚度无明显影响 (P >0 0 5 )。 Forty Landrace×Rongchang rgowing pigs,42.75kg body weight,were selected to study the effects of Hydrolyzed Skin Powder(HSP) on performances,digestibility of diets and backfat thickness of growing and finishing pigs.The experiment,following the design of single factor, was performed in 5 treatments based on body weigyt and there were 4 repeatments in each treatment.Fish meal and soybean meal in the control diet were insteaded by HSP with the same nutritional level.HSP contents in the diets were 0(group Ⅰ),2%(groupⅡ),4%(groupⅢ),6%(rgoupⅣ)and 8%(groupⅤ) respectively.The results showed that:fish meal and soybean meal in growing and finishing pig diets could be insteaded by HSP partly or totally,but its content couldn't surpass 6%.When the content of HSP reached to 8%,the pig pervformances and digestibility of diet would be decreased(P<0 05,P<0 01) and the feeding cost increased.Average daily gain and feed conversion ratio of group Ⅰ were all similar to Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ(P>0.05),but they were significantly higher than groupⅤ(P<0 05,P<0 01);the digestibility of dry matter and crude protein of group I was significantly higher than that of group Ⅴ(P<0 05);no significant differences were observed in backfat thickness among the 5 groups(P>0 05).
