多元化经营之国有企业集团内部一体化管理模式

通过因子分析与灰色关联度分析,诊断了国有企业多元化经营后面临的一系列问题,进而找到多元化经营国有企业面临的关键难题,为实施一体化管理提供现实依据。根据因子分析与灰色关联研究结果,发现多元化经营国有企业面临的急需解决的问题是企业创新能力的培育、管理效率的提升、管理理念的革新以及短板效应的克服。接下来构建了国有企业多元化经营内部一体化管理实施模式,并分析了新型一体化管理模式的功能与操作重点。验证了一体化管理实施的有效性,并对多元化经营国有企业实施一体化管理进行了评价,研究结果表明,一体化管理能很好地解决由于多元化经营所带来的管理问题,从而提升企业竞争地位。

Through factor analysis and gray relational analysis, the paper had diagnosis series problems of diver- sified state- owned enterprises facing, and then found the key challenges faced by the diversification of state - owned enterprises, which had provided a realistic basis for the implementation of integrated management. Accord- ing to the research results of the factor analysis and gray correlation, diversification of state - owned enterprises fa- cing urgent problems was the culti~,ation of the enterprise innovation ability; enhance the efficiency of the manage- ment; the management philosophy of innovation as well as short - board effect.
