摘要
目的优选十一方药酒回流提取制备工艺。方法以白酒浓度、白酒用量、提取时间为考察因素,以十一方药酒人参皂苷Rg1、大黄酚、山柰素的含量及总固体量为指标,采用正交实验法优选十一方药酒回流提取工艺。结果十一方药酒回流提取最佳工艺参数为6倍量50%白酒提取3 h。结论优选的制备工艺合理可行,可为十一方药酒的制备工艺选择提供参考。
Objective To optimize the reflux extraction process of shiyifang vinum. Methods The preparation technology of shiyifang vinum was optimized by adopting orthogonal test on concentration, wine quantity, reflux time as investigation factors and taking ginsenoside Rgl, content of chrysophanol, kaempferol and total extraction as references. Results The optimum process of reflux extraction for shiyifang vinum was extracting for 3 hours with six times of wine (50%) . Conclusion The optimized process is reasonable and feasible,which is the good evidence for preparation of shiyifang vinum.
