摘要 近年来,临床抗生素的使用量不断增加,抗生素不合理应用的现象也日趋严重,由抗生素选择性压力带来的临床耐药菌株不断增多。对头孢菌素类、氨基糖苷类、喹诺酮类等常用抗菌药物多重耐药,甚至对包括亚胺培南或美罗培南在内的碳青霉烯类药物耐药的多重耐药菌不断出现,给临床治疗带来极大困难,已经引起了临床医师和微生物学工作者对多重耐药菌的广泛关注。
