Pharmacodynamic properties of capsule for sedation and ease

目的 :探讨经前安胶囊治疗经前期紧张综合征的药效学基础。方法 :观察其对小鼠自发活动、醋酸致痛扭体次数、热板痛阈值、出血及凝血以及对离体大鼠子宫平滑肌张力的影响。结果 :经前安胶囊能够减少小鼠自发活动次数 ,减少小鼠醋酸致痛扭体次数 ,提高热板痛阈值 ,缩短小鼠断尾出血时间及凝血时间 ,对子宫平滑肌具有双相调节作用。结论 :本品具有镇静、镇痛。

OBJECTIVE:To explore the pharmacological properties of capsule for sedation and ease in mice and rats.METHOD:By using several animal model(analgesic,sedation,arresting bleeding),the effects of this capsule were studied.RESULTS:Capsule for sedation and ease reduced the mouse auto motor activity.It shortened the bleeding and coagulation time,and had obvious analgesic action.The contraction of rat uterus by oxytocin was suppressed by this capsule.CONCLUSION:Capsule for sedation and ease has the effects of analgesic,sedation,arresting bleeding and regulation of uterus contraction,suggesting this capsule may treat premenstrual syndrome.
