虎杖提取物的生产工艺优化及其质量检测

The process choice of rhizoma poizoma cuspidatum extracted substance and quality analysis

目的 :研究回流提取法中虎杖的最佳提取条件 ,并建立质量检测的方法。方法 :采用正交试验法 ,以溶剂用量、提取时间和提取次数 3个因素 ,每个因素选取 3个水平进行正交试验 ,并采用薄层扫描法对虎杖药材及提取物中的有效成分大黄素进行含量测定。结果 :因素A和因素B对大黄素的含量有显著性影响。结论 :最佳工艺A2 B2 C3,即用 6倍量 95%乙醇回流提取 3次 ,每次 2h ;虎杖药材中大黄素含量为 0 .658% ,虎杖提取物中大黄素含量为 3.544 %。

OBJECTIVE:To study the best procedure for rhizoma poizoma cuspidatum by the circling extracting method and establish a method for quality control.METHOD:The solvent dosage,extracting time and extracting times are the three factors in the experiment,and we choose three levels for each factor to do the experimentby orthogonal test method.The content of emodin in rhizoma polygonum cuspidatum and extracted substance was determined by TLC scanning method.RESULTS:The factor A and B has conspicuous effect on the extraction of emodin.CONCLUSION:The best extracting process is A 2B 2C 3,i.e. extracting with EtOH(95%) that was six times the weight of thizoma polygonum cuspidatum for three times,three hours once.The content of emodin in rhizoma polygonum cuspidatum is 0.658%,the content of emodin in extracted substance is 3.544%.
