128例急性脑出血患者的院前救护体会

Pre-hospital Rescue Experience of 128 Patients with Acute Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的:结合128例急性脑出血患者的院前救治流程,探讨如何对急性脑出血患者实施及时有效的专业化院前救护。方法:通过对快速出诊、现场救护、合理转送、途中监测、急救绿色通道等环节实施规范化救护流程,从而实现院前救治的及时、准确、有效。结果:128例急性脑出血患者经院前救护均安全接送入院,住院治疗后基本痊愈81例,部分恢复33例,死亡14例,抢救成功率89.1%。结论:实施及时、准确、有效的专业化院前救护,对挽救患者生命、改善病情转归及预后、提高生存质量有重要意义。

Objective：To discuss how to implement timely and effective pre-hospital rescues for the cerebral hemorrhage patients,combined with 128 cases of acute cerebral hemorrhage patients with pre-hospital treatment processes.Method：Through the quick visits,on-site rescue,reasonable transfer,monitoring,emergency green channel on the way to implement standardized rescue process,implementation of pre-hospital treatment timely, accurate and effective.Result：One hundred and twenty-eight patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage before the scholastic ambulance were safe transport to the hospital,81 cases recovered after hospitalization,partial recovery in 33 cases,14 cases of death,survival rate was 89.1%.Conclusion：The implementation of timely,accurate and effective professional pre-hospital care,to save life and improve patient outcomes and prognosis,has important significance to improve quality of life.
