Determination of isomers in tramadol by HPLC

目的 :用高效液相色谱法测定盐酸曲马多中的顺式异构体。方法 :在ODS柱上 ,以 1 %三乙胺溶液 甲醇 ( 65∶35)为流动相 ,检测波长 2 72nm。结果 :盐酸曲马多与其顺式异构体得到良好的分离 ,顺式异构体的最低检出量为6ng。结论

OBJECTIVE:To determine isomers in tramadol by HPLC.METHOD:The column was ODS C 18 ,mobile phase was triethylamine solution methanol(65∶35) and the detection detector wavelength was 272nm.RESULTS:Tramadol and its isomers can be separated,the lowest detected limt is 6ng.CONCLUSION:It can be used to quality control.
