系统评价超声雾化吸入及护理对小儿肺炎的疗效 被引量:11

Systematic Evaluation of Efficacy of Ultrasonic Atomizing Inhalation and Care of Children with Pneumonia

摘要 目的:采用系统评价的方法,探讨超声雾化吸入及护理对小儿肺炎的疗效。方法:以"小儿、肺炎、超声雾化、护理"等为关键词,计算机检索如下中文数据库:中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、维普数据库(VIP)及万方数据库;纳入超声雾化吸入及护理对小儿肺炎疗效的对照研究,两名评价者独立评价纳入研究的质量并提取资料,并用Rev man 5.0统计软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入9篇文献,包括共1885例肺炎患儿,其中对照组901例患儿,观察组984例;对照组患儿接受常规治疗;观察组患儿在此基础上,给予超声雾化吸入和护理干预。Meta分析结果显示,观察组患儿经治疗后的有效率明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(RR合并=3.25,P<0.01,95%CI=2.56~4.13);观察组患儿经治疗后症状缓解时间明显短于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(RR合并=-1.82,P<0.01,95%CI=-2.06^-1.58);观察组患儿经治疗后住院时间明显短于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(RR合并=-3.02,P<0.01,95%CI=-3.33^-2.71)。结论:针对小儿肺炎,超声雾化吸入及护理可有效提高治疗效果,改善患儿临床症状,减少其住院时间。 Objective:To explore the effect of ultrasonic atomizing inhalation and care for children with pneumonia for systematic review. Method:“In children,pneumonia,ultrasonic atomization care”as key words.The CBM,CNKI,VIP and Wanfang were retrieved.The control study of ultrasonic atomizing inhalation and care pediatric pneumonia were included in our paper.The qualities of the studies were independently evaluated by two reviewers,and Rev man 5.0 statistical software was used for meta-analysis.Result:Nine studies were retrieved,including a total of 1885 cases of pneumonia in children,which the control group of 901 patients,984 cases of the observation group;children with the control group received conventional treatment;observed group of children on this basis,which were given ultrasonic atomizing inhalation intervention and care.Meta-analysis of the results show,the observation group children after treatment had significantly higher efficiency,and the difference was statistically significant(RR=3.25, P〈0.01,95%CI=2.56-4.13);The observation group children by duration of remission of symptoms was significantly shorter than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(RR=-1.82,P〈0.01,95%CI=-2.06--1.58);The observation group after treatment in children with symptoms was significantly shorter in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(RR=-3.02,P〈0.01,95%CI=-3.33--2.71).Conclusion:Ultrasonic atomizing inhalation and care for children with pneumonia can effectively improve the therapeutic effect and the clinical symptoms,and reduce hospitalization time.
