摘要
目的 :建立一种用紫外分光光度法测定氟罗沙星注射液及其原料含量的方法。方法 :用 0 .1mol/L盐酸作溶剂 ,在 2 87nm处测定吸收值 ,按E1%1cm=1 0 52计算含量。结果 :药物浓度在 0 .8~ 8μg/ml范围内呈线性关系 ,样品回收率为 1 0 0 .1 % ,RSD =0 .72 % (n =5)。结论 :方法简便、灵敏、准确 。
OBJECTIVE:To establish a ultraviolet spectrophotometry method for the determination of fleroxacin in fleroxacin injection.METHODS:Use 0.1mol/L HCl as solvent,the detection wavelength was set at 287nm.E 1% 1cm =1052.RESULTS:The calibration curve showed good linearity over the range of 0.8~8μg/ml.The average recovery was 100.1%RSD=0.72%(n=5).CONCLUSION:This method is simple and accurate.It is suitable for the determination of fleroxacin in fleroxacin injection.
