肺心病急性发作期中医穴位按摩护理方案应用研究

Application of the point-massage nursing protocols of Traditional Chinese Medicine during acute seizure phase of patients with pulmonary heart disease

目的探讨中医穴位按摩护理方案对肺心病急性发作期患者的临床症状体征、肺功能及自我生活能力等方面的影响。方法选择住院肺心病急性发作期患者60例,按照随机数字表法分为试验组32例和对照组28例。两组治疗方案相同的情况下,对照组采用常规治疗护理,试验组在此基础上应用中医穴位按摩循证护理方案,均干预14 d,比较两组患者疗效性指标。结果主要症状积分、体征积分及自我生活能力积分比较,试验组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);肺功能测定值比较,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对肺心病急性发作期患者实施中医穴位按摩护理方案,对改善患者临床症状、体征、提高自我生活能力有促进作用。

Objective To explore the effect of the point-massage nursing protocols on clinical symptoms ;pulmonary function and self-viability of patients with pulmonary heart disease during acute seizure phase. Methods Sixty patients with pulmonary heart disease were randomly divided into 2 groups ,32 in test group and 28 in control group. Conventional therapy was adopted in the control group, while the point-massage was adopted in the test group in addition to conventional therapy. The treatment was performed for 14 days, and then therapeutic effect index was compared between the two groups. Results The patients in the test group had a better car- dinal symptom, signs and self-viability accumulated points than that in the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. However, the lung function meas- urement was not statistically significant between the two groups. Conclusion The point-massage nursing protocols can promote the clinical symptoms, sign and self-viability of patients with pulmonary heart disease during acute seizure phase.
