翼状胬肉术后应用碱性成纤维细胞生长因子与妥布霉素地塞米松眼液的临床效果观察

Clinical effect of basic fibroblast growth factor combined with tobramycin /dexamethasone eye drops after pterygium surgery

目的探讨碱性成纤维细胞生长因子联合妥布霉素地塞米松眼液在翼状胬肉术后的疗效。方法翼状胬肉术后患者148例(148眼),男66例(66眼),女82例(82眼),按随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组各74眼。试验组用碱性成纤维细胞生长因子联合妥布霉素地塞米松眼液,对照组用妥布霉素眼液,比较角膜刺激症状、结膜瓣愈合、角膜上皮修复情况及胬肉复发情况。结果与对照组比较,试验组角膜刺激症状更轻,结膜瓣愈合更快,角膜上皮修复时间更短,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后2年,试验组复发1例,对照组复发14例,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论碱性成纤维细胞生长因子联合妥布霉素地塞米松眼液用于翼状胬肉术后,对减轻角膜刺激症状,促进结膜瓣愈合,促进角膜上皮缺损修复,预防胬肉复发有积极作用。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of bFGF combined Tobra-Dex eye drops after pterygium surgery. Methods One hundred and forty-eight patients （66 male and 82 female） with pterygium （148 eyes） were randomly divided into ex- perimental and control groups ,74 eyes in each group. The experimental group was treated with bFGF combined with Tobra-Dex eye drops, While the control group was treated with Tobra-Dex eye drops only. Corneal irritation, conjunctival flap healing, corneal epitheli- um recovery and recurrence of pterygium were observed and the patients were follow-up for 2 years. Results Compared to the control group, the corneal irritation was lighter, conjunctival flap healing was faster, and corneal epithelial healing time was shorter （all P 〈 0.05 ） in the experimental group. There was one recurrence in the experimental group while 14 recurrences were found in the control group during the two year follow-up （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The bFGF combined Tobra-Dex eye drops can alleviate corneal irrita- tion,promote conjunctival flap healing and corneal epithelial recovery as well as prevent the recurrence of pterygium.
