摘要目的探讨曲安奈德联合甲硝唑灌肠治疗溃疡性直肠炎患者的疗效。方法 50例溃疡性直肠炎患者按随机数字表法分为观察组及对照组各25例,观察组应用曲安奈德+甲硝唑灌肠,对照组采用甲硝唑灌肠,观察两组治疗7天后的临床症状缓解情况,并对血清炎性因子进行检测及对比。结果观察组临床症状缓解情况明显好于对照组,血清白细胞介素8水平低于对照组,白细胞介素10水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论曲安奈德联合甲硝唑灌肠可缓解溃疡性直肠炎患者临床症状。 Objective To study the clinical therapeutic effects of triamcinolone acetonide in treatment of patients with proctitis ulcerosa and its possible mechanism. Methods Fifty patients with proctitis ulcerosa were randomly divided into observation and control groups ,25 in each group. The observation group was treated with triamcinolone acetonide and metronidazole while the control group was treated with metronidazole only. Then ,the improvement of clinical symptoms and serum inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups after 7 days of treatments. Results The clinical symptom relieves in the observation group was better than that in the control group. The serum IL-8 levels in the observation group were lower than that in the control group while serum IL-IO levels in the obser- vation group were higher than that in the control group after 7 days of treatment （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Triamcinolone acetonide is effective in treating proctitis ulcerosa. Its mechanism may be through reducing IL-8 levels and raising IL-10 levels.
