摘要 目的探讨儿童过敏性紫癜(henoch-schonlein purpura,HSP)血浆白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)与转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)的变化及其意义。方法四川省人民医院儿科2009年2月至2010年2月收治的急性期HSP患儿46例(HSP组)以及同期常规体检健康儿童30例(对照组),均采用Luminex-100液相芯片技术检测血浆细胞因子IL-2、IL-4及IFN-γ,双抗体夹心ABC-ELISA法检测血浆TGF-β1,比较两组IL-2、IL-4、IFN-γ及TGF-β1的水平。结果 HSP组IL-2、IFN-γ水平均低于对照组,IL-4、TGF-β1的表达水平均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 HSP患儿存在细胞因子分泌紊乱,可能是HSP患儿发病的分子生物学基础。 Objective The aim of this study is to investigate the role of plasma cytokines IL-2, IFN-y, IL-4 and TGF-B1 in the pathogenesis of children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura(HSP). Methods Plasma levels of cytokine IL-2, IL-4 and IFN--ywere detected by Luminex-100 and TGF-B31 was analyzed by ABC-ELISA in 46 patients with HSP in the acute phase and 30 healthy chil- dren( control group). Results The levels of IL-2 and IFN--/in the HSP patients were lower than that in the control group while levels of IL-4 and TGF-B1 in the HSP patients were higher than that in the control group. The differences were statistically significant (P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion There is cytokine disorder in children with HSP. This may be the molecular biological basis for the pathogenesis of the disease.
