养阴口香合剂对急性胰岛素抵抗模型小鼠肝肌糖原含量与胰岛素敏感指数的影响

目的:考察养阴口香合剂对急性胰岛素抵抗小鼠胰岛素敏感指数的影响,以及检测糖负荷0.5 h后肝糖原与肌糖原的含量。方法:以活化的巨噬细胞上清液作为炎症因子刺激小鼠产生急性胰岛素抵抗,在此病理模型下,给药小鼠灌胃葡萄糖0.5 h后检测血清胰岛素的变化。结果:养阴口香合剂能够显著增加肝肌糖原的含量,能明显改善小鼠胰岛素敏感性,并呈剂量依赖性。结论:养阴口香合剂能够增加葡萄糖消耗及改善小鼠糖耐量异常,提高胰岛素的生物活性。

Objective：To investigate the Yin chewing mixture on insulin resistance in mice with acute insulin sensitivity index and glycemic load detected after 0.5 h of liver glycogen and muscle glycogen content. Meth- ods： supernatant of activated macrophages stimulated mice to produce inflammatory cytokines as acute insulin re- sistance, in this pathological model, mice fed glucose administered after 0.5 h of serum insulin changes. Re- sults： Yin chewing mixture can significantly increase muscle glycogen content of liver, Yin chewing mixture can significantly improve insulin sensitivity in mice in a dose - dependent manner. Conclusion： Yin chewing mixture can increase the consumption of glucose and can improve glucose tolerance abnormalities, to improve the biologi- cal activity of insulin.
