摘要 目的:幽门结扎性肝损伤模型的建立。方法:幽门结扎方法做肝损伤模型,通过测定血清中的AST、ALT及肝脏指数、血清中的NO、NOS、CHE、URE、TP、CHO、TG、LDLC、MAO含量来观察幽门结扎引起的肝损伤的情况。结果:模型组与空白组比较血清中的AST、ALT、NO、TP、CHO、TG、LDLC、MAO含量及肝指数明显增高(P﹤0.01或P﹤0.05),血清中NOS含量明显降低(P﹤0.05)。病理组织变化结果为模型组与空白组比较,有肝细胞萎缩并坏死、有脂肪变、有水肿。表明幽门结扎性肝损伤模型已经成功。结论:从实验数据来看,幽门结扎性方法做肝损伤模型操作简单,成功率高,模型成都非常的稳定,做预防性保肝作用药物的较好的造模型方法,是个新型的肝损伤方法。 Objective:The institution of the pylorus ligation liver injury model. Methods: Using the method of pylorus ligation to build liver injury model. Observing the liver injury situation which induced by pylorus ligation by detecting the AST, ALT in serum, the liver index and the NO , NOS, C HE, URE, TP, C HO, TG, LDLC, MAO in serum. Results: Comparing the model group and the blank group, there is obviously increased on AST,ALT, NO,TP,CHO,TG,LDLC,MAO in serum and liver index( P 〈 0.01 或 P 〈 0.05) of the model group. And the NOS in serum decreased significantly ( P 〈 0.05 ). The result of pathological tissue change, compared the model group and the blank group, is liver ceils atrophy and necrose,fatty change and hydroncus. It means the pylorus ligation liver injury model has already been successful. Conclusion: From the experimental data we can see that it is simple and has highly success rate to use the method of pylorus ligation. And the models are very stable. It is a preferable method to make model for preparing prophylactic hepatic protectant, and is a new liver injury method.
