上皮细胞间质转化与肺纤维化的研究进展 被引量:9

摘要 在肺纤维化过程中,由于各种细胞因子的刺激和信号通路的激活,肺泡上皮细胞、气道上皮细胞通过间质转化最终成为成纤维细胞以及肌成纤维细胞。本文以参与上皮细胞间质转化的典型标志物及信号通路与肺纤维化的研究进展作一综述。 In the process of pulmonary fibrosis, with the activation of many cytokines and signaling pathways, finally, alveolar epithelial cells and bronchial epithelial cells undergo transition to fibroblasts and myofibroblasts through epithlial to mesenchymal transition. In this review, we describe the features of markers of EMT and the signaling pathways of EMT in pulmonary fibrosis.
