纯运动不能的临床研究

目的探讨纯运动不能的临床特点、诊断和治疗。方法总结分析1例纯运动不能的临床资料,并随访观察。结果该例纯运动不能患者主要表现为运动、言语和书写运动障碍,伴眼睑异常,无肌强直或震颤,新斯的明试验症状有改善,多奈哌齐治疗有效,脑深部电刺激和多巴胺能药物治疗无效。结论该患者表现符合纯运动不能的推荐诊断标准,冻结步态的病因确诊需要长期随访或病理诊断。

Objective To explore the characteristics, diagnosis and therapy of pure akinesia. Methods The data of the patient with pure akinesia was analyzed and the patient has been followed for one year. Results Pure akinesia was characterized by freezing of gait, speech and handwriting without tremor or rigidity. Donepezil was effective without response to levodopa. Conclusion The manifestation accord to diagnostic criteria of pureakinesia,and the diagnosis depends on longterm follow-up or pathology.
