数据包络分析在高技术产业技术效率评价中的应用研究

DEA application research in technical efficiency evaluation of high-tech industry

采用2010年中国高技术产业地区数据,应用DEA方法,实证测评了高技术产业技术效率。研究发现:中国高技术产业技术效率整体处于较低水平,且纯技术效率不高是制约技术效率提升的主要原因;中国大部分地区高技术产业发展呈现规模报酬递增的特性;通过投影分析为各区域调整创新资源投入进而达到DEA有效提供依据。

This paper evaluates the technical efficiency of high-tech industry by using DEA analysis method. The empirical re- suits show that the technical efficiency of high-tech industry is generally low at current stage, which is mainly caused by the lower pure technical efficiency. The increasing trend of scale returns appears on the whole in China at present. By using projec- tion analysis, the region resources investment can be adjusted, and then DEA efficiency is achieved.
