摘要
分析了铝合金/钢异种材料的焊接性,介绍了铝合金/钢的TIG熔钎焊、MIG熔钎焊、激光熔钎焊工艺方法。采用的焊接热源不同,铝合金/钢熔钎焊接头界面所生成的金属间化合物种类、厚度不同,接头的力学性能也不同,但其接合机制都是熔钎焊,即在钢侧是钎焊、而铝合金侧则是熔焊。
This paper analyzed the weldability between aluminum alloy and steel and intro- duced the TIG welding-brazing, MIG welding-brazing, and laser welding-brazing process. The result shows that the kinds of intermetallic compounds formed at the welding interface, its lay- er thickness and the mechanical property of joint are all related to the welding heat sources. However,they are joined by the same mechanism--welding-brazing, that is, the joining is achieved by brazing at the side of steel and fusing welding at the side of aluminum alloy.
