摘要
在大断面型材模具的设计过程中,如何充分利用宽展分流的设计方法,是模具成功的关键。通过实际案例介绍大断面铝型材挤压模,如何进行宽展分流设计。实践表明,本模具的设计方法对合理调整金属的分配和流速非常有效,可以充分发挥设备的潜能,降低模具成本和铝型材的生产成本。
Making full use of the design method of spread shunt is the key to success of the die design for the large section aluminum alloy profiles. It is introduced how to design the spread shunt in the extrusion die for the large section aluminum alloy profiles through exam- ples from practice. Practice shows that this method can effectively adjust metal distribution and flow rate and give full play to the potential of equipments and thus reduce the costs of the extrusion die and aluminum profiles.
