摘要
基于Deform-3D有限元平台建立了一模四腔的镁合金棒材挤压有限元模型,并基于该模型对挤压工艺参数中的挤压速度等参数进行优化,确定了ZK60镁合金棒材挤压合理的工艺参数。结果表明,采用一模四腔分流挤压方法生产直径为12.5mm的ZK60镁合金棒材,其较为合理的挤压工艺为:在挤压温度为420℃时挤压速度为4~7mm·S-1。在某公司进行了实验,验证了所得优化工艺参数的可行性。
The finite element model (FEM) for the extrusion process of four protholes die of ZK60 magnesium alloys bar was developed under the Deform-3D platform, based on which, the extrusion parameters were optimized and the rational extrusion parameters of ZK60 magnesium alloy bar were determined. The result shows that for ZK60 magnesium alloy bar with 12. 5 mm diameter extruded by four port- holes die, the proper extrusion temperature is 420 ~C and the reasonable range of extrusion speed is 4 - 7 mm s 1. Additionally, the ex- perimental extrusion was carried out in a company, which verified the rationality of extrusion parameters obtained by FE simulation.
