摘要
结合传统覆盖件拉深成形工艺过程,利用有限元数值模拟研究方法,对汽车门铰链加强板拉深工艺过程进行了数值模拟与分析。对其压料面、工艺补充面及拉延筋进行工艺优化,得到合理的成形工艺,消除了零件成形缺陷。并通过拉深试模对其正确性和有效性进行验证,验证结果表明,优化后的成形工艺可以缩短开发周期,降低开发成本,运用有限元数值模拟技术可以很好地预测复杂形状零件成形。
Combined with the traditional deep drawing process, the drawing technology in the gemel flitch of automobile gate was simula- ted and analyzed by means of finite element numerical simulation. The binder, addendum surface and drawbead were optimized in order to get rational technological parameters and remove the quality defects. The correctness and validity were verified by practical production. Accordingly, the development cycle and development cost is reduced. The complex shape parts forming can be well predicted using the fi- nite element numerical simulation method.
