反射式小鱼际脉搏血氧计的研制及人体实验校准 被引量:7

摘要 脉搏血氧计是用于无创监测人体动脉血氧饱和度的常用仪器,其中大多数采用透射式工作模式,因此只能应用于指端,耳垂等肢体末端部位。此类脉搏血氧计存在着长期监测时佩戴不舒适以及肢体末端低灌注情况下测量准确度低的问题。针对上述问题,基于反射式测量动脉血氧饱和度的原理研制了一种应用于手掌小鱼际处的手套式脉搏血氧计,并采用人体低氧实验的方式对光吸收比例系数与血氧饱和度的关系曲线进行了定标,实验结果表明该脉搏血氧计的准确度较高,可以用于动脉血氧饱和度的监测。 Pulse oximeter is a common-used device to monitor the human body arterial oxygen saturation ( SaO2 ) non- invasively, which usually works in transmission mode. Therefore, this kind of oxymeters can only be applied to the pe- ripheral parts of the body, such as finger ends and earlobes, which leads to the discomfort in these areas in long term monitoring or inaccurate measurements in the situation of low perfusion. Aiming at these problems, a reflective pulse oximeter in the glove form for testing the arterial SaO2at the hypothenar was designed. A hypoxia experiment study on healthy participants was conducted to calibrate the relation curve of the red-to-infrared ahsorbance ratio (R) vs. the pulse oxygen saturation ( SpO2 ). The experiment results show that this new pulse oximeter has high accuracy and can he used to monitor the arterial SaO2.
