摘要
以螺纹连接构成的机械系统为研究对象进行了仿真研究,针对该系统的预紧-临界-松动3种状态,采用简化的方法建立了具有松动的螺纹连接结构的简化动力学模型,然后通过数值方法得到了系统在振动环境中的响应.在研究了该系统在不同激励情况下的响应后,发现可以用小波包能量法和计算无量纲峭度指标的方法来区分系统的不同状态.研究结果可应用于机械装备连接松动故障的监测与诊断.
A simulation study on the system tlaat consistming states of pre-tightening, criticality and loosen, a simplified dynamic model is established for the thread connected structure with looseness. The dynamic response of the mechanic system under different vibrating inspiration is achieved by simulating method. After analyzing the vibrating signal of bolt-joined mechanical system with different inspiration, the results show that wavelet packet energy and non- dimensional kurtosis indicators can be used as diagnostic characteristics of looseness. The conclusion can be used in the condition of monitoring and fault diagnosis of mechanical equipments.
