摘要
为了使零件模型已标注的三维尺寸满足标准要求,在不改变设计者标注习惯的前提下,提出了一种基于尺寸差异度的三维尺寸标注自动规范化处理方法.该方法首先根据尺寸标注信息建立尺寸特征,并对各种类型尺寸的可标注几何元素进行了分析;在保证尺寸意义和数值不变的条件下,提出了尺寸关联对象和标注对象的规范化处理规则.然后在计算尺寸差异度的基础上,分别建立了同类尺寸和异类尺寸的规范化处理流程,进而形成了尺寸规范化处理的总体流程.最后应用该方法开发了尺寸规范化处理的原型系统,并以一个板类零件为例进行了实验,对其规范化前后的尺寸信息进行了比较,验证了该方法的有效性.
In order to make the 3D dimensioning of a part model meets the requirements of the nation- al standard, under the premise of unchanging the design habits of designers, an automatic standardized approach for 3D dimensioning based on different degrees of dimensions was presented. First, dimen- sion features were established based on dimensioning information, and geometric elements which can be dimensioned for various types of dimensions were analyzed. Under the condition that the signifi- cance and values of dimensions were kept unchanged, the standardized principles and rules for the as- sociation object and the dimensioning object of dimensions were proposed. After that, based on com- puting the different degree between dimensions, the standardized processes for similar type and dissim- ilar type of dimensions were established, separately, and then the general flow for the standardization of dimensioning was formed. Finally, a prototype system for dimension standardization was developed by using this approach, and an example of a sheet part was used experimentally. The comparison of dimension information before and after standardization was explained, which illustrates the feasibility of the approach.
